UNITY CEREMONY

Unity ceremonies are meaningful and symbolic rituals performed during your wedding to represent becoming a union. (*Optional & additional cost)

*UNITY CANDLE

The Unity candle symbolizes the joining of their families, the merging of two individuals, the creation of a blended family, etc. Officiant speaks: At this time we will have the lighting of the Unity candle.

*SAND CEREMONY

The unity sand ceremony is a tradition in which a couple pours sand from separate vessels into a unified, central one. It represents two people coming together in marriage.

Colors available; (white, ivory, beige, turquoise, purple, rose, coral, red, blue, green).

Additional ideas for couples

  • *Presentation of Roses to Mothers

It is kept a secret from the Mothers until the actual ceremony which touches many hearts. After the exchange of the wedding rings the Groom and Bride will each take a rose and present it to their new mother-in-laws showing gratitude for the love bestowed upon them.

  • *Handfasting

The bride and groom will now take their vows to each other in the tradition of handfasting. The couple stands together and pledges themselves to each other as they have their hands gently bound with a piece of cloth. Some believe that this is where we get the expression "tying the knot".

  • *Coin Ceremony

In today's modern world, the symbolism of the wedding coins represents a promise of prosperity in the couple's marriage, as well as a promise to always protect each other's wealth.

  • *In Memoriam

Honoring a deceased loved one at your wedding is a special way to pay tribute to those who have passed.
